This short film to create awareness among as many people as I can. 

 'Lolo' means man who wanders hard.

 Lo Lo short film concept is : 

a. Honest officers are a real strength for a country. 

b. The public has also been punished for bribing honest officials. 

c. The offending officer should also be punished. 

Note: This is not to mention anyone or any department personally.
